We begin with a complimentary, in-person consultation at your home or property.

During this visit, we will:

• Provide a detailed, written estimate
   

Estimates are typically valid for 30 days, but during times of material price volatility, they may only be held for up to 7 days. We’ll always communicate that upfront.

Once you approve the estimate and sign the contract, we begin project planning.

At this stage:

• A 50% down payment is collected to secure materials and your place in our schedule

• We’ll finalize material selections, colors, and timelines

• Permit applications and coordination with local authorities are handled by our team (permit fees are included in your price)

Wait times may vary based on project size, material availability, weather conditions, and seasonal demand. We'll discuss any expected delays with you upfront.

We'll keep you updated every step of the way and:

• Confirm delivery of materials

• Provide preparation tips to get your home or site ready

• Assign a project manager for consistent communication

With everything in place, our experienced crews get to work.

Throughout construction, we:

• Follow all safety guidelines and local building codes

• Keep the worksite clean and organized

• Provide regular updates and are always available for questions

• Address any unforeseen issues quickly and transparently

Once work is complete, we’ll schedule a final walkthrough to ensure everything meets your expectations and provide a certificate of completion and a paid invoice.

• Handle any final touch-ups or adjustments

• Share warranty and maintenance information

• Provide a Certificate of Completion once the final balance is paid
